All visits are by appointment only. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated as each consultation requires dedicated attention and preparation.
We typically respond to inquiries within one business day. For urgent matters during business hours, visiting the studio directly is recommended.
First consultations typically require 45 minutes to one hour. Bring any reference images that represent your preferences. If you have specific fabric in mind, samples are welcome. For alteration projects, please bring the garment in question.
